RIM practitioners can find it challenging to fully engage stakeholders in the requirements, rationale, and good practices associated with lifecycle control of information and records. For guidance on communicating and marketing their programs, RIM practitioners are invited to tune in to WII-FM, ARMA’s fictitious radio station, for the best “What’s In It For Me” (WIIFM) playlist and advertisements.
This online rapid fire session, delivered in a radio program format, is designed to help entry-level RIM practitioners better articulate their services and the features and benefits of improved lifecycle management of information assets to a variety of stakeholders (leadership, IT, lines of business, risk management) with the goal of gaining their cooperation and support.
Upon completion of this web seminar, participants will be able to:
- Identify features, advantages, and benefits of their RIM program for at least two stakeholder groups
- Describe effectively the RIM services offered by their organization
