    ARMA International Educational Foundation: Showcase Your Research, Best Practices at ARMA Live! 2015

    Take advantage of a unique opportunity to share your individual or institutional research, industry- or function-specific best practices, or region or chapter activities in an ARMA International Educational Foundation (AIEF) poster session at the 60th Annual ARMA International Conference & Expo (ARMA Live! 2015).

    Taking place October 5-7 at the Gaylord National Harbor in Washington, D.C., ARMA Live! 2015 promises exceptional opportunities to network and enhance your career, including the AIEF poster sessions being sought below.

    Individual posters are needed to describe applied or theoretical research (completed or underway) pertaining to information management that was conducted during the 2014-2015 fiscal year.

    Region or chapter posters are needed to describe region or chapter activities, events, or other involvement with the information management profession. A single representative should coordinate the submission of each region or chapter proposal.


    Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters (32 inches by 40 inches – vertical or horizontal), mounting them for display, and facilitating/staffing their poster session at a designated time that is to be determined.

    Presenters must register and secure and funding to attend ARMA! Live 2015. Although, poster presenters may receive up to $500 towards their conference expenses from the AIEF (see how to apply below), these opportunities are limited.

    Submission Instructions and Deadlines

    To submit a poster proposal, provide a 200- to 300-word essay in English that includes the following information:

    • Title of the poster
    • Summary of the content
    • A description of the content’s contributions to the records and information management profession
    • A request, if needed, for AIEF support of up to $500 towards conference expenses

    All proposals must be submitted in PDF format via e-mail to the AIEF at by August 1, 2015. Proposals received after this date will not be considered.

    Applicants will be informed of the AIEF’s final decisions about proposal acceptance and funding requests by August 15, 2015. (The $899 early bird conference registration deadline is August 24, 2015.)
