    Cloud computing has had a mixed reception in the EU. On one hand, information in the cloud is easily accessible, and, according to a University of Milan study, cloud computing has the potential to create a tremendous number of jobs. On the other hand, regulators are concerned about the security of cloud-based information and whose laws prevail when it is stored in, accessed from, and transmitted across a variety of countries.
