He is co-author of 7 Steps for Legal Holds of ESI & Other Documents, a contributing author to the ABA’s Internet Law for the Business Lawyer, 2nd Edition, as well as editor-in-chief, and co-author of the recently released Handbook on Global Social Media Law for Business Lawyers.
Q. Scott Kaye is also a partner at Rimon, where he advises clients on complex issues in the areas of restructuring, M&A, technology, software, debt financing, and more. With a deep and intuitive understanding of technology and the complexities unique to technology and software sector, as a member of the firm’s FinTech, Cryptocurrencies, and Blockchain practice, he has advised clients on Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), best-case usages for tokenization of services, structuring peer-to-peer cryptocurrency lending, and cryptocurrency asset backed platforms.
