iMasters July: Sedona Group to Offer Guidance on BYOD and E-Discovery

Register now for "Balancing BYOD: Exploring The Sedona Conference® Commentary on BYOD Policies and Related Discovery."


This interactive iMasters session will be led by members of the Sedona working group that drafted the recent commentary on "bring your own device" policies.


You will learn key principles and guidance presented in the Commentary, including how to:

  • Balance business objectives, legal obligations, and employee rights when implementing BYOD
  • Achieve business goals with BYOD while still protecting information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use
  • Identify and navigate discovery implications of BYOD devices
  • Configure BYOD technology, policy, and practices to mitigate discovery burdens
