Application for IGP Credit Pre-Approval

Instructions:
To submit an event to be reviewed for pre-approval for IGP credits:

1. Download the IGP Credit Pre-approval Form.

2. Complete the application form by filling in the relevant information in the appropriate fields. Use the example sheet as guidance.

    • Session descriptions should be sufficiently detailed to demonstrate what topics will be covered and what attendees will learn in each session.
    • The following activities are not generally awarded credit and should not be included: Vendor exhibit time, networking sessions, roundtable discussions, etc.
    • For multiple, concurrent sessions, list each session separately and include the time block (Slot 1, Slot 2, etc.). See the example on the form.
3. Make sure the information is complete. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or granted credit.

4.  Send the completed form, speaker bios, and additional information you believe would assist in the review and processing of the application to: Education@armaintl.org

By submitting this form, you are affirming that all of the information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of submission for initial processing. If you do not receive a response within 3-5 business days indicating that your application is under review, please confirm it was submitted or contact ARMA directly at Education@armaintl.org

Awarding Credits: The application will be evaluated for credit approval. Credit-earning events must have educational content and must be a minimum of 30 minutes in length. Credit will be awarded in 30-minute increments only (e.g., a 45-minute course would be rounded up to a full credit hour; a 30 minute course would be allotted .5 credit hour).

Concurrent sessions are not individually credited CEU hours (e.g., two sessions from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. are equal to 1-CEU) unless the event is virtual and attendees are able to participate in the concurrent sessions.

For events with consecutive sessions, credit hours will be individually tallied before the total CEUs for the event are tallied (e.g., two 45 minute sessions would be rounded to 1 CEU each, totaling 2-CEUs, NOT 1.5 CEUs).
