Welcome to the ARMA International Facilitator Resource Page. This resource is designed to assist our facilitators with the development of their educational programs.


ARMA InfoCon 2019 Facilitators!

Thank you for being a part of this year’s conference and helping to bring great RIM and IG content to the newly combined ARMA InfoCon community!

If you have not registered for conference yet, please refer to the email you were sent with the facilitator registration code and register before JUNE 30th!  If you need the facilitator code, please email

Instructions for Registration:

  1. Login to / or Register on if you do not have an account already.
  2. Go to Conference Site
  3. Click "REGISTER NOW"  (New window will open)
  4. CORE-conference registrant type options: When registering, choose the CORE registration.
  5. Attendee Type Tab
    • Select Core (Your Core registration is covered by your Promo Code)
  6. Attendee Info Tab
    • Enter your information
    • Answer questions regarding travel
  7. Attendee Selections Tab
    • If using a Promo Code ONLY register for the item covered by the code.
    • IF you are wanting to upgrade to PLUS or add the Leadership Summit. Please DO NOT Register online. email and let us know what you would like to register for.
    • Click Save and Finalize Registration
  8. After this you will be shown a review of your "order" with a total and payment entry
    • You will enter your Promo Code here
    • Click “Apply” and that will 0 out the balance

  1. Initial PPT presentation and Poll Questions, and Handouts due By July 15th
    • Note: ALL handouts or resources for attendees will be available for download from the conference App. There will be NO printed materials provided during sessions.
  2. A/V form due by July 31st
  3. Practice run through
    • Feedback and any changes to your presentations due by July 31st
  4. Interview
    • Interview transcripts or recordings due by Aug 30th
  5. Session recording
    • All recordings will be done through ARMA Education’s Zoom Platform therefore…
    • All recordings will be done throughout the month of September. To ensure we do not have any scheduling conflicts…
    • Scheduling of recording date and time sent to due by Aug 30th
    • Final recording files will be gathered by ARMA staff at the time of the recordings.
  6. Final PPT Presentations
    • All FINAL PPT files will be due to be uploaded by Sept 30th
    • NOTE: once these files are submitted no changes will be allowed after Sept 30th, 2019
    • There will be NO edits or changes made to presentations at conference!
