Get the full conference experience by staying at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.  With convenient access and transportation to conference activities, it’s an easy and convenient choice. Reservations at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center should be made through the link that will be provided here.  There are a limited number of government rate rooms available here.  After you register, direct any modifications to the hotel customer service at 313.568.8000.

Participants can pay via credit card or e-check during registration that will be securely processed. If a participant cannot pay for registration by credit card, checks and wire transfers are accepted.

The ARMA conference site will have Information Governance Professional (IGP) maintenance credits information this summer.

ARMA International will request ICRM maintenance credits for the conference and Leadership Summit once the session schedule is set. Please check back this summer for specific approved credit hours.

Written cancellations received by August 24, 2020 will be subject to a penalty of 20% of all registration fees. Written cancellations received after August 24, 2020 and before September 25, 2020 will be subject to a penalty of 50% of all registration fees. There will be no refund to registrants who do not cancel before September 25, 2020 and are considered “no shows” at conference. Substitutions are encouraged and a $100 administrative fee will apply. Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund or additional transfers. ARMA International reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes. Please email conference@armaintl.org to submit cancellation or substitution requests in writing.

The dress code for conference is business casual. Consider dressing in layers because the meeting rooms can be chilly.

Name badges will be available for pickup upon checking in at the registration desk.
