ARMA International is pleased to announce that Ann Snyder has joined the organization as manager of content development.
Snyder, a well-respected voice within the information governance (IG) profession, previously served as senior manager of information governance at a biotech company, and earlier was the Senior Fellow at the Information Governance Initiative, where she developed and ran the organization’s annual IG research survey, created content for the annual IG industry benchmarking report, managed other research and writing efforts on IG, and developed and delivered training modules for the IG “bootcamp” programs.
“I am thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to work with the team at ARMA International, as well as collaborate with the truly amazing professionals in the ARMA community, to develop top-notch and practical resources to enable effective information governance and to keep our industry moving forward,” said Snyder.
Snyder’sexperienceincludesprocess building/improvements;data remediation; data mining/analytics; e-discovery; IG technologies and implementation; program maturity assessment/gap analysis; program training; policy development and implementation; and information transfer during business restructuring.

A graduate of Harvard Law School, Ann is also an experienced litigator whose practice has included catastrophic personal injury cases, contract disputes, First Amendment/free speech advocacy, as well as large-scale, complex litigation in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, and products liability litigation.
