Abstract as follows: Developing and implementing an information governance program in a large-scale environment is a long-term challenge, not a one-time event. It requires long-term goals and planning, and a steady foot on the accelerator. This session will take a close look at the process and walk through a case study of a successful implementation. Attendees will get a good look at how a successful program was designed and implemented. If you would like to join us, please do! There are several hotels locally and the commuter train stops at the restaurant. As a bonus, you get to network with new people.
