CANCELLED: Join us April 16 for a morning with Ken Oldenburger! Ken will walk us through a brief history of records classification, segueing into the types of records classification & retention schedules and how they've evolved. We will examine the concept of broad functional classification (aka big bucket classification).

For twenty-four years, Ken has provided records management consulting services to corporations, universities, societies and provincial, territorial, regional, municipal and First Nations governments. His expertise includes filing; archiving/disposition processing; developing policies and procedures; assessing, planning, managing and implementing RM programs; RM training; and designing, reviewing and amending various and numerous Records Classification and Retention Schedules (RCRS).
