Speakers Bio: Ryan Zilm, CRM, CIP, IGP, CEDS
Ryan M. Zilm is the President of ARMA International. He has been a contributor to the Information Management profession since 1998 and is currently supporting the Information Lifecycle Management Program at USAA in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds several ARMA and AIIM certificates, participated in the development of ARMA International's Glossary of terms and is a Certified Records Manager. He holds a B.A. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas San Antonio. Ryan has served in key leadership roles in several ARMA Chapters, including a term as President of the ARMA Tulsa Chapter. He has been recognized as Chapter Leader of the Year and Chapter Member of the Year on multiple occasions, and has served as a mentor, grader and presenter for Part 6 of the ICRM Exam. Today, he continues to actively contribute his knowledge and skills in support of Global Information Management.
