    Provides a quick, real-time, “big picture” overview of your record center business processes.

    Irvine, CA – The oneilCloud Dashboard is a powerful, new user interface where record center management and staff can see live, critical information at-a-glance.  This feature is customizable by role, whether customer service, operations, or management. Information, formerly available through searches and reports, can be automatically pushed to the viewer and updated on a regular interval, resulting in a more timely response and improving efficiency and accuracy.

    The oneilCloud Dashboard provides quick statistics and an up-to-date visual display of data, which help users determine business conditions and monitor enterprise performance.  Infographics and charts display information such as Inventory and Activity Trends, Items Per Account and Warehouse Productivity.  Reports contain data in a tabular format and typically display numbers and text only, indicating Late Delivery/Pickups, the status of Work Orders and Item Process Control.  Real-Time Alerts, the number of Open Spaces in a Warehouse, Work Orders Not Routed, Items Eligible for Destruction, as well as data on Favorite Searches and Inventory Management are also shown.  Information is shown in an easy-to-read, compact format and all visualizations are presented together in a single, consolidated view.  The data displayed can be customized and provides the ability to drill down if users are looking for more detailed information.

    O’Neil Software, Inc. Announces The Latest Version Of Their Traditional, On-Premises Technology:  RS-SQL® Version 5.01.

    Irvine, CA – While O’Neil rapidly enhances and expands its Cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service technology (oneilCloud), it hasn’t forgotten its customers who are currently utilizing O’Neil’s venerable, traditionally-deployed RS-SQL platform.

    In this new release are some simple, time saving features, most notably Windows® Domain Authentication (a process for verifying the credentials used to log in).  This means that once a user logs into Windows, they are automatically authenticated when they invoke RS-SQL.  This provides the user with a quick, seamless, single sign-on experience.

    RS-SQL’s functionality has also been extended with enhancements to the Adjust Pricing feature, making it even easier to schedule price increases over the life of a customer contract. Other significant features, included in this upgrade, help to better inform users so they can perform their tasks more efficiently.  For example, several new Event Types have been added to the Event Interest Notification feature, including a check box to Enable Web Report Notification.  Additionally, the Data Modification Log has been greatly expanded, to include item level history that records changes to metadata, when the changes were made and by whom.
