    DHS WORLDWIDE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS UNVEILS ALL-NEW RIM TECHNOLOGY AT 2014 TOTAL RECALL USERS CONFERENCE

    October 23, 2014-Orlando, FL – DHS Worldwide Software Solutions, the global leader in Records and Information Management Software, recently held another successful annual Total Recall Users Conference with more than 90 in attendance. Focusing on the latest industry trends and Total Recall software innovations, this year’s conference helped mark a major milestone in DHS’s history.

    The 2014 Total Recall Users Conference featured many educational sessions and workshops, covering physical records management, secure document destruction, data protection and high-speed digital imaging. Attendees were able to gain firsthand knowledge of the all-new release of Total Recall version 7.1. As part of the more than 200 enhancements released by DHS this year, Total Recall 7.1 focuses on driving operational efficiencies with the latest in RIM software technology.

    The annual Total Recall Users Conference also featured some of the most well-known figures in the industry. Over the course of the conference, attendees had the opportunity to learn directly from speakers such as industry legend Peter Pierce, partner of Waterfront Capital. Mr. Pierce presented a powerful keynote address on the past, present and future of the Records Management Industry. Thirty-year industry veteran Jim Booth, Records Information Management practice leader at Brightstone Insurance, provided attendees with tremendous insight into risk mitigation and reviewed the latest security threats.

    Well-known secure destruction industry educator Ray Barry, deputy executive director at NAID, provided a firsthand look at the top mistakes RIM companies make in operations, sales and marketing. Also, web presence expert Lex Katich, managing partner and CEO at Net Gain, presented attendees with the latest tools and proven methods to increase web exposure and social media presence.
