Rules of the Campaign

• The total number of new members in basic (professional, $175) membership will be based on a census of membership taken April 1 and again on July 1 , no one outside those dates will be considered.

• New members must be paid in full with a current membership in order to be considered.

• While we will only mail to those whose name is on the list given to ARMA International by March 7th, any fully paid professional-level member joining between the campaign dates will count toward your total.
  
  
• In the event of a tie in any given category, the chapter that follows all directions (i.e., turned in prospect list on time, etc.) AND has the largest growth as a percentage of chapter members.
