McGovern has 30 years of direct program management and executive experience in public and private sector organizations specializing in information management and information technologies for commercial and government organizations. He has extensive knowledge and direct experience in the development and deployment of large-scale information management solutions, related legal and regulatory requirements, international/national standards, and best practices.
William E. "Bill" Neale has more than 30 years experience in ECM standardization, marketing, and consulting. He has chaired numerous AIIM standards committees and led the U.S. delegation for ISO standards in ECM. Neale is a member of the AIIM Board of Directors and has received these AIIM awards: Distinguished Service Citation, Thomas C. Bagg Life-Time Standards Achievement, membership in the Company of Fellows, and the Award of Merit, the association’s highest honor. Neale served on ARMA’s Standards, Publications and Nominating committees and is a former Certified Records Manager. He is a program manager in Compliance and Records Management for IBM.
Tod Chernikoff, CRM is a managing consultant in the Global Business Services group of IBM Global Services. He is a certified records manager and has been involved in a wide range of assignments relating to records, document, and content management. He has experience in communications and managing change within organizations. This includes teaching and training staff in new tools, policies, and procedures as they are introduced. He also has experience working with department and programs where adaptability and creating solutions on-the-fly are critical. He is a member of ARMA International, AIIM, and the Institute of Certified Records Manager. He is a member of ARMA's Standards Development Committee.
