Speaker Bio: Kathleen Smith, CRM, CIP, IGP has bachelor degrees in both Business Management and Accounting from Western Governors University. She has been working in records program management since 2002 in both the public and private sectors, primarily with investor-owned gas and electric utility and truck manufacturing industries, and has been the global records program manager at PACCAR and its subsidiaries (including Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and Dynacraft) since 2015.
