Rates: $995 for ARMA International members, $1195 for non-members
Cancellation: Full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, for cancellations received in writing by March 7, 2008. Cancellations received in writing after March 7 and by March 21, 2008 will have a $200 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be given after March 21. Substitutions are encouraged.
