Rules for Using ARMA International's Name and Logos in Promotions:
The conference logo and expo art elements are available here for your use in promoting your involvement with the 2010 ARMA International Annual Conference & Expo. As an exhibitor, you may use the conference logo freely in your promotions. Please, however, refrain from using the ARMA International standard logo for these purposes.
General Use of the ARMA International Name:
ARMA International has de-emphasized the general use of the full Association name (i.e., Association of Records Managers and Administrators, Inc.). The proper use is simply “ARMA International.” Please be sure to include the “International” following “ARMA.”
You may become an Industry Member of ARMA International and freely use an ARMA International Industry Member logo. For details and an explanation of benefits, please contact Elizabeth Zlitni.
Professional membership in ARMA International is limited to individuals, and excludes companies and other organizations. Business owners and executives, however, may join professional members. It is permissible for a business entity or other organization whose officers, directors, or owners are individual members of ARMA International to use the following phrase: “(Entity Name) subscribes to and supports the policies of ARMA International.”
The restrictions on the use of the official ARMA International logo do not preclude an individual member from indicating ARMA International membership on printed materials. For example, a statement such as “Member of ARMA International” is acceptable.
ARMA International reserves the right to control the use of its name. This authorization for the use of its name may be selectively and/or collectively withdrawn at any time by ARMA International at its sole discretion.
