Chapter Awards Luncheon
Wednesday, October 14 - 11:30 a.m - 1:00 p.m.
During this event we will be presenting the Chapter and Region awards. It's a great time to learn what other chapters have been doing over the past year. Tickets to the Chapter Awards Luncheon must be purchased ahead of time. We will be serving a banquet lunch.
Awards Reception
Friday, October 16 - 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Make plans to attend the Awards Reception for an evening of recognition and celebration. The event will honor individuals and chapters who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the profession. Everyone is invited to attend. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided along with a cash bar.
Region Networking Receptions
Wednesday, October 14 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Join other conference attendees from your local area at the Region Networking Receptions, a great opportunity to network with other ARMA Conference attendees, including first-time Conference attendees. There will be separate receptions by ARMA region, so be sure and stop by this event. You're guaranteed to walk away more comfortable and ready to get the most from the Conference and Expo. Plus, you will make new acquaintances from your local area!
Young Professional Networking Event

Join your colleagues after the Region Networking Reception until the wee hours of the morning for this special event for the under-40 crowd at the High Velocity Sports Bar at the Orlando World Center Marriott. This event, held in one of the largest sports bars in Orlando, will be a great opportunity to meet other young professional conference attendees, network with ARMA International leaders, and enjoy light snacks and your favorite beverage in an upbeat, contemporary setting. Cyber WiFi Stations
Thursday, October 15 - Sunday, October 18Want to check your e-mail? The Cyber WiFi Stations will be available during conference hours to help you stay connected. Use the station to access the Internet and stay in touch with colleagues and family while at ARMA International's Conference & Expo. Wireless network access will be available in the Expo Hall during Expo hours.
Welcome Party
7:30 - 9:30 p.m., Marriott Pool and Cabana
It's a pool party! Join our sponsored CA, Inc. (Booth 725) at the Marriott outdoor pool for an evening of dancing and excitement. This festive setting of tiki umbrellas, palm trees and flowing water will make the night come alive. Join us for appetizers, cash bar, and dancing. Be sure to stop by the sponsor's booth on the Expo floor to pick up your Welcome Party T-shirt. A limited number of T-shirts are available. Each full-paid conference registrant will receive a ticket to this event. Additional tickets may be purchased for $25 at the registration counter. Ticket costs include appetizers, soft drinks or water, and admission to the party. Casual attire is required!
Association General Meeting

Purchase your lunch in the Expo Hall and come hear what ARMA International's done for you lately. You will have a chance to ask questions of the ARMA International Board of Directors and headquarters staff.
ARMA International's Cobalt Award
A behind-the-scenes look! Talk to this year's winner and find out what it takes to win the prestigious Cobalt Award. This event will be facilitated by the winner of the 2009 Cobalt Award.
Canadian Party
Friday, October 16 9:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Everyone is invited to join us and be a Canadian for a night. Wear your red and white and dance the night away.
Candidate Forum
Friday, October 16 3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Choosing the association's leadership is an important part of being an ARMA International member. Time has been scheduled at this year's conference for you to meet the candidates for officer and director positions on ARMA International's Board of Directors in preparation for casting your vote in January. Attend the Candidates Forum and meet the candidates for president-elect, treasurer, and director positions that will be elected by all ARMA members. Come prepared to ask questions. Then be sure to vote in January!
International Day

Live outside of North America and attending Conference? Be sure and attend our International Day program where you'll hear first-hand about ARMA International's global development. This will also be a good time to let us know what more you would like to see ARMA International do in your part of the world!
Live in North America? This would be a great opportunity to learn about our activities in other parts of the world that may make your job easier! If you work for a global organization, feel free to let us know what types of programs would make your life easier when doing business in multiple regions of the world.
Our roundtable discussion will convene at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 14 October at the Orlando World Center Hotel. Immediately following this event, join us for light appetizers at our International reception.
