The headquarters hotel and the conference center will be the Orlando World Center Marriott. The ARMA International group rate is $229 plus 13% tax for single or double occupancy. A limited number of government rate rooms are available for October 14, 15, 16, and 17 when you call. Reservations will begin June 1, 2009, and the cutoff for making reservations is September 21, 2009. Reservations for the ARMA housing block may be made online at Orlando World Center Marriott or by calling 800.380.7931, 800.621.0638 or +1 407.239.4200 and identifying yourself as an ARMA Conference attendee. You will receive a confirmation from the hotel.

All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee or a one night's deposit by personal check or money order 14 days after the room is confirmed by the hotel (but no later than September 21, 2009). Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival at no charge.

Travel

Airport:

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located approximately 20 miles from the Orlando World Center Marriott and is the recommended airport. Orlando Sanford International Airport is northeast of Orlando and about 50 miles from the hotel. The Orlando World Center Marriott does not provide shuttle service.

International Travel:

Conference attendees needing travel Visas should visit the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for their country's specific travel requirements.

Car Rental: Orlando International Airport hosts all major car rental companies. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a desk in the lobby of the Orlando World Center Marriott and may be reached at 407.397.0800 or 800.Rent-A-Car.

Shuttle Service: Shuttle service provided by Mears Transportation offers ARMA Conference & Expo attendees a discounted round-trip shuttle rate of $29.00 U.S. ($19.00 U.S. one-way). This shuttle is the only shuttle with a direct line to the Orlando World Center Marriott. Make your online reservations here or print this coupon and present it at the Mears desk on the baggage level of the airport. Mears shuttle service departs every 15 - 20 minutes 24 hours a day. Reservations from the Orlando World Center Marriott to the airport are required 4 hours prior to airline departure time.
