Key topics of discussion are (a) what social media tools are and describing their application in agency business, (b) how agencies develop policy regarding the appropriate use of these tools, and (c) cases studies from agencies that are implementing these tools and some lessons learned and best practices.

We will also have NARA subject matter experts and agency records experts address the implications of these tools for records management, and specifically the capture and management of the information created by them.
