Description:
Managing change is often cited as a critical success factor for implementing RIM programs. Paradoxically, stakeholders frequently view the required tactics as fluffy, delivering little business benefit. In this interactive workshop, you will learn three fundamental components of a successful change management program: stakeholder management, culture assessment, and communications planning. You will learn how these components shape a comprehensive change management strategy and how to position these tools within your organization.

Objectives:
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to: 1. Identify the major components of an impactful change management plan. 2. Define the key attributes of a stakeholder management plan. 3. Describe how culture impacts the positioning of change management tactics. 4. Develop short range communication plans to raise organizational awareness.
