It provides an overview and a detailed-yet-understandable dive into the key technologies that comprise the enterprise content and records management space, including ECM, ERM, DM, BPM, WCM, DAM, and certain social networking tools. This is not a demonstration of specific packages, but rather a discussion of the different technology classes and functions, intended to broaden and deepen your perspective on how they fit together and when they can stand alone.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to: 1. Describe the major classes of technology in the broad space called enterprise content and records management. 2. Explain how various technology classes work together, cause implementation challenges, and stand alone.
