In this session, you will learn the concept of Web 2.0 and contrast it with existing ERM technologies and Enterprise 2.0, how Web 2.0 tools work, and the challenges they present to a RM program. You will also learn how to address these tools in policies and procedures.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to: 1. Identify Web 2.0 technologies and processes. 2. Explain the benefits of transition from information silos to collaborative tools. 3. Identify and describe the implications of Web 2.0 on your records program and your organization as a whole. 4. Define what to include in policies and procedures to address Web 2.0.
