Cherylyn Briggs has more than 30 years of experience in the field of knowledge management and has J.D. and MLS degrees. She sits on the firm’s quality assurance and litigation process steering committees. The knowledge management department at Dickstein provides strategic direction and implementation in the use of information and resources to support the substantive practice of law and includes Records, Conflicts, Research Attorney Services and the Law Library departments.
