Excitement is already building for ARMA International's 2008 Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, Oct. 20-23. Please note this is a Monday-Thursday schedule with pre-conference seminars on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18-19.

Registration Fees

FULL REGISTRATION – 4 DAYS:

*A separate registration fee is required for these pre-conference seminars.

Registration fees for the pre-conference seminars will be:
One-Day           Member $349    Non-member $399
Two-Day           Member $499    Non-member $599

ONE-DAY REGISTRATION – Oct. 20, 21, 22 or 23
Member/Non-member     $450

One-day registration includes that day's educational sessions and breaks, Expo pass for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and the session handouts and presentations.

Monday's fee includes Opening General Session and exhibit lunch. 

Tuesday's fee includes Thought Leader Sessions and Roundtable discussions. 

Wednesday's fee includes U.S. Federal Government Day and the Technology Spotlight session.
 
Thursday's fee includes luncheon and the Closing General session.

Housing

The headquarters hotel will be the Las Vegas Hilton with a rate of $189 plus 9% tax, single or double occupancy.  This hotel is adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center.  Reservations for the ARMA International housing block will begin June 1. 

The only legitimate and secure way to make your ARMA housing reservation at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel will be through our website beginning June 2.  If you need a block of 10 or more rooms, please contact Wanda Wilson, conference manager, at 888-298-6902 or via e-mail.
