Housing
- Can I make my hotel reservations now?

- Do I have to use the housing link provided on the conference site to make my hotel reservations?
Yes, if you wish to make your reservation online, or you may call the hotel directly using the number provided on the conference site. All registrations should be made directly through the Las Vegas Hilton to ensure you receive the ARMA discount rate. Be aware that ARMA International has not contracted with Conventional Housing or any other third-party housing vendor and does not endorse, support, or guarantee their services.
- What hotels have been reserved? What are the rates? Which is the headquarters hotel?
The headquarters hotel and only hotel this year is the Las Vegas Hilton. See the Housing & Travel page for rates.
- Will I receive a confirmation of my housing reservation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation from the hotel by e-mail.
- Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my room reservation?
Advance individual deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.

- Who can attend the annual conference & expo?
Anyone who is interested in what it takes to appropriately manage records and information.
- Will all conference programming be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes, unless otherwise indicated. A few events will be held at the Las Vegas Hilton.
- Has the ARMA International Conference been approved for ICRM credits?
Yes. The ICRM has approved the ARMA International Conference for 16.5 hours of credit toward the CRM. Please use your confirmation letter or registration receipt to apply for credit.
- What is the dress code?
Business casual; remember comfortable shoes for walking and a sweater or jacket for fluctuating room temperatures.
- Will transportation be provided during the conference?
Because the Las Vegas Hilton is adjacent to the convention center, no additional transportation will be provided this year.
- Will handouts be provided during the conference?
Handouts and presentations will be contained on a free CD-ROM located in your conference bag and online. If you prefer a print copy of this information, you may choose to purchase a book when registering.
- How can I become a speaker at a future annual conference?
ARMA International publishes Calls for Proposals for all the education events. Please go to www.arma.org/learningcenter/proposals/ for details.
Registration
- Do I have to pre-register to attend the Expo only?
No, but it is encouraged. You may register online at www.arma.org/conference.
- I am a member of the press. Do you have press registration?
Yes, contact Ashley Flynn at ARMA International for details
- I am not a member of ARMA International but my co-worker is and cannot attend. Can I use their membership to register at the member rate?
No, you would need to register at the non-member rate, which includes a year's membership in ARMA International.
- What does my registration fee include?

- May I transfer my registration if I am not able to attend as planned?
Yes, you may name a substitute by contacting ARMA International at +1 913.341.3808 or +1 800.422.2762 (U.S. & Canada)
- Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?
Depending on when your written cancellation is sent, yes. See details on the Registration page
- Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail. You can also check your registration at My ARMA at www.arma.org.
- Can I buy additional individual award event tickets or lunch tickets?
Yes, you can purchase them at registration online or on-site
- Can I volunteer to get a complimentary registration?
We have a program for education monitors who receive a complimentary registration in return for monitoring sessions for two days. Please contact your Chapter President about this program.
