Forrester:
Brian W. Hill a Senior Analyst on the Information and Knowledge Management research team and is based in Foster City, California. Brian's research areas include eDiscovery, archiving strategies, records and retention management initiatives, and enterprise content management (ECM) endeavors. Prior to Forrester, Brian was Director of Marketing with EMC Corporation with responsibility for archiving and compliance products within the Content Management and Archiving software division. He's also held marketing and strategic development roles at Oracle Corporation and previously spent over a decade leading in-depth consulting engagements and business development initiatives. Brian has an MA in International Affairs from The American University in Washington, DC.

Gartner:
Kenneth Chin is a research vice president in Gartner Research covering enterprise content management. He is the lead analyst covering information retention management and archiving technologies. He also covers a variety of content management topics, including product selection, implementation and best practices. Mr. Chin has more than 28 years of diverse experience in business and IT roles. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Chin was the worldwide director of strategic planning and business research at Eastman Kodak. He managed a global organization supporting the strategic planning, market planning, and product development and merger and acquisition projects. He also has extensive experience in managing and implementing enterprise software infrastructure applications. He has held management positions in information systems, marketing and finance.

IDC:
Laura DuBois serves as Program Director for IDC's Storage Software practice. The Storage Software program covers areas such as archiving, replication, data protection and recovery and file system software segments. Ms. DuBois is responsible for the research, consulting and client relationships, and she oversees IDC's team of storage software analysts.
Ms. DuBois has over a decade of experience in the storage industry with focus on backup and recovery, replication, storage management, compliance and content addressed storage. Prior to joining IDC, Ms. DuBois held various leadership positions in product management and software engineering for companies such as EMC Corporation, StorageNetworks and Hitachi Data Systems. Her expertise is often called upon at industry forums and conferences, and she is frequently quoted in trade and press publications.
Ms. DuBois holds an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Master's degree of Business Administration from Boston College.
