As our government's recordkeepers, federal records managers and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) are charged with the responsibility of ensuring all records, including electronic records, are managed efficiently and effectively. The Fed Day 2007 program will focus on electronic records management with particular emphasis on major NARA electronic systems – the Electronic Records Archives (ERA), and the Archives and Records Centers Information System (ARCIS) – that will be operational in 2007-2008.
