POLICY

 

All records created and received by ARMA International are the property of the Association.  The Association retains records that constitute evidence of business transactions conducted during the normal course of its business based on legal, operational, fiscal, and administrative requirements.

 

 

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

 

1.   The Executive Director is responsible for the management of the official records of ARMA International.

 

2.    The final disposition of the records is carried out according to the provisions of the Records Retention Schedule of the Association.
