POLICY

 

The Board of Directors of ARMA International defines the geographic boundaries of regions for the purpose of communication and collective action by members of the Association within the defined regions.

 

 

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

 

1.            Groups of ARMA members within regions may charter chapters for purposes of communication and collective action.

 

2.            A chapter may align itself with a region other than the one in which it is geographically located if it is feasible to do so for economic and geographic reasons.

 

3.            The Executive Director approves chapter charters on behalf of the Board of Directors of ARMA International.
