PROCEDURES
1. Using a formula approved by the Board that measures the cost of services against the current dues rate, the Treasurer and Staff determines if a dues increase is needed, and the amount of the increase. This calculation is to be done as part of the annual budget process.
2. If a dues increase is recommended the Treasurer presents the recommendation to the Association Infrastructure Committee for discussion and approval.
3. If approved by the Association Infrastructure Committee, it presents the dues increase is to the Board for approval.
4. Following the Board approval to effect the change, ARMA Headquarters notifies the members of the change in a timely manner. The notice will include the rationale behind the change.
