POLICY

 

The Board of Directors of ARMA International will annually update the strategic plan that defines and directs the vision, mission and initiatives of the Association.

 

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

 

1.      The strategic plan will,

 

(a)     identify specific strategic issues that affect both the Association and the profession,

(b)     ensure that the vision, mission, and goals reflect the environment within which the Association operates,

(c)       develop strategies designed to address the current environment.

 

2.        The mandates of the two Board committees will be updated so that they align with the strategic plan.
