POLICY

 

The Officers and Directors of the Board of Directors of ARMA International, with the exception of the Outside Directors, are nonimated and elected by ballot as prescribed in the Association Bylaws.

 

 

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

 

1.    ARMA International will ensure that the process to elect Officers and Directors is impartial, fair and accurate, and that it encourages the election of qualified leaders.

 

2.     Electronic tools and other mechanisms will be used to promote the nomination and election process.
